This policy explains what ClawOps does with the information you give us on clawops.agency, including the phone number our intake form asks for. ClawOps is a brand of Galindo Media LLC, 4160 S Durango Dr, Unit 140, Las Vegas, NV 89147.
1. What the intake form collects
Our audit request form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and business name, plus your industry, team size, what is eating your time, and how you heard about us. Every one of those fields except the free-text box is required, because we use them to prepare the audit before we speak to you.
2. What we do with your phone number
We use it to reach you about the audit you asked for. That means a call, a text, or both, from a person or from a scheduling message we send. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to another company for that company's marketing, and we do not add it to a bulk marketing list. If you would rather we only used email, say so in the form or reply to any message and we will stop calling and texting.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to any text you exchange with us. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop.
3. Everything else we collect
- What you send us. Emails, texts, call notes and anything you share while we scope work.
- Client operating data. If you become a client, we handle data inside the systems we run for you, such as your phone system, calendar and CRM. That is covered by our engagement agreement, not by this page, and we act on your instructions with it.
- Basic site measurement. Page views and referrers through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profile.
There are no advertising pixels on clawops.agency. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no Google Analytics.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share the minimum necessary with the companies that run the business:
- Cloudflare, which serves this site and measures traffic.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email and calendar.
- The CRM, calendar and telephony providers we use to book and run audits.
- Legal authorities, where the law or a court order requires it.
Each of those handles the data on our instructions, to provide their service, and for nothing else.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become work are kept for two years, then deleted. Records for clients are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, because tax and contract rules require it.
6. Your choices
Email [email protected] and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We reply within 30 days, we do not charge for it, and asking changes nothing about how we treat you. If you live somewhere that gives you a formal right to complain to a regulator, you keep that right.
7. Security
Accounts are behind strong passwords and two-factor authentication, access is limited to the people who need it, and client systems are kept separate from one another. No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise.
8. Children
This is a business site. It is not for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
